We learned what purpose a caganet serves in your nativity set (google it!), we found Ralphie in a bunch of movies and TV shows that he didn`t belong in, and we put forth the idea that the "Five Golden Rings" in the 12 Days of Christmas are Ring Necked Pheasants. It`s a song about birds!

We had a full house and a full cupboard as our teams really came through with donations for the Interfaith Food Pantry.
It was supersized game with a halftime round consisting of "guess the year" questions and it kept things close and competitive to the point where we ended with a three-way-tie for the top spot!
The tiebreaker question: "According to the American Turkey Federation, (yes, there is such a thing) approximately how many turkeys are served in the US every Thanksgiving?" Guessing closest to 46 Million was Lunch Lady Fantasy (guessing 25M) which got them the top spot; with the next two teams going over, Geralt of Trivia guessed 68 Million and Captain Kane 75 Million.

We had 21 teams tonight coming out of the cold and answering questions and playing our version of The $25000 Pyramid. We also had a food drive for the Interfaith Food Pantry and thank all the teams for bringing foodstuffs. (We`ll be collecting at Diamond Spring next week too.)
It was a close game throughout and the top two teams both had perfect Round 5s which made for a dramatic finish!
