Benjamin Franklin’s famous kite experiment in 1752 demonstrated the connection between lightning and electricity. During a thunderstorm, he flew a kite with a metal key attached to its string. We had 21 teams tonight coming out of the cold and answering questions and playing our version of The $25000 Pyramid. We also had a food drive for the Interfaith Food Pantry and thank all the teams for bringing foodstuffs. (We`ll be collecting at Diamond Spring next week too.)

It was a close game throughout and the top two teams both had perfect Round 5s which made for a dramatic finish!
