We’re branching out and running an every-other-Tuesday game at Town Pub in Bloomfield!

Games start at 7pm, and we’ll be playing under the tent or in the bar, weather permitting.

Benjamin Franklin’s famous kite experiment in 1752 demonstrated the connection between lightning and electricity. During a thunderstorm, he flew a kite with a metal key attached to its string. When lightning struck the kite, the electrical charge traveled down the string, sparking from the key. We had 21 teams tonight coming out of the cold and answering questions and playing our version of The $25000 Pyramid. We also had a food drive for the Interfaith Food Pantry and thank all the teams for bringing foodstuffs. (We`ll be collecting at Diamond Spring next week too.)

It was a close game throughout and the top two teams both had perfect Round 5s which made for a dramatic finish!
